Breakfast: Fresh Fruit (We had a late start so breakfast was small)
Lunch: Rice cake with almond butter and a banana & Raw veggies.
Snack: Juiced 2 carrots, romaine lettuce, parsley, an orange, spinach, apple, and cucumber
Dinner: Miso Soup, Veggie Sushi Rolls (I made them myself. They were pretty good but I'd like to play with the recipe more.)
Shake: Hemp Protein powder, ground Flax Seed, and agave nectar.
Snack: Banana with almond butter (I have a habit of eating a snack right before bed.)
