"Vegan for a Week" Food Journal

Breakfast: Orange
Lunch: Huge Raw veggie salad, Pecans, half an apple, 2 tbsp Hummus
Snack: Juiced carrot, beet, romaine lettuce, spinach, apple, & parsley.
Dinner: Stir fried potatoes and onions, grilled portabella mushroom with melted vegan cheese seasoned with Celtic salt.
Snack: Banana, cocoa, protein shake. Blended with ice. Yummy!

I have to make myself eat more for breakfast. I'm not a morning person but I want to be, so starting tomorrow I'm going to MAKE myself become a morning person. (Happy smiling face and all!) I'm going to get up and have a healthy breakfast.
