I'm still hanging in there. I had a hard time last week because we had dinner out three nights! Good thing it was Japanese so I could order seaweed. I've still been having some whole wheat and sprouted bread. It's been very hard to get enough calories everyday. I'm fine as long as I have a few protein fruit smoothies a day but if not I get really weak. Soooo, I'm making plenty smoothies these days.
I spent part of the day today preparing for Thanksgiving. I'm making a Portabella Stuffing, Mushroom Gravy, "Brownies", and Fudgy Bon Bons (the were supposed to be candy chocolates but I used a wrong ingredient and came out with fudge).
