This week I'm going vegan. What is it? Well basically, veganism is a type of vegetarian diet that excludes meat, eggs, dairy, refined sugar, and all other animal-derived ingredients. It's not all that different from my current diet accept for cheese and eggs. I am also going to try to eat most my veggies raw this week. The health benefits from this kind of eating are unbelievable! I can't wait to see how I feel after the week is over. Maybe my week will turn into a month...we shall see!
