DAY 4

I woke up this morning wo my abdominal and back pain! I've been purposefully eating gluten to see if it's causing the problem, so if I keep getting better then it's obviously not gluten that's causing the pain.

food journal:

Oats w/raisins, AB and granola
Leftover veggie/soba stir fry
Rice cake w AB
Veggie burger & sweet potato fries at "Phill's Grill" (I might have some fried onion strings on the side =0)
