I got up and made a healthy breakfast this morning! It was nice to start the day out with more than a piece of fruit.
Wednesday
Breakfast: Oats, Almond Butter, Banana
Lunch: Another banana (I know, I have an addiction) Raw veggie salad
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: (Ate at Kirin Sushi) Miso soup, Veggie roll, Cucumber roll, Veggie rice, green tea
Snack: Can you believe I had another banana! We must go through two dozen a week!!!
