Okay, so I started to add more water to my diet this week and I'm not having as much inflammation in the morning. I'm still having sugar (something I don't want in my diet long term, but right now it will help me figure out who's the "culprit" ), gluten, and some forms of dairy (no milk). I occasionally have seafood but I can't even remember the last time I had meat. Even though I'm having some pain, it's nothing compared to how my body and energy level was before I stopped eating meat. So, if things keep going well, I'll know my problem is simply dehydration.
